Honest opinion is a web site by the golfer for the golfer detailing your local courses by forming your honest opinion as to whether visitors will enjoy it and are getting above all value for their money. You've done it, and it happened to me recently, you play a round of golf and come off the course and think to yourself that it was a complete waste of money.

We want to eradicate all this by people forming an honest opinion entering it onto the guest book and let players make up their own mind whether they go and play, or to look for another course offering better value for money. There are so many courses around that charge between £15 - £25 but there is so much difference in the value for money factor.

We aim to build with your help a comprehensive guide to the best courses around without having to try theme first and find they are a waste of money. Courses don't have to be in the aforementioned price range, but if you've been there and played and thoroughly enjoyed it and mentioned it to your friends that its great value for money then let us know. We all like to play new courses so lets cut out the not knowing if the greens or fairways  are going to be o.k. until we've paid our money.
